I’ve never been one to take my car to a shop. Don’t trust them, too expensive and why would I pay someone to replace something I can do myself. Well after injuring my knee and my Chevy Silverado electrical completely shutting down I found out why. Quality car care worked on my truck tirelessly for four days to fix my electrical gremlins because I had to get our daughter to college a day after it was done. Long story short they got me A/C back in great working order and fixed the issue with my lights and turn a headache into loving my truck again. Waco Texas was 107 that day and my AC didn’t miss a beat. Their technicians are top notch and the lady and gentleman were a blessing they worked hard to make our trip possible under a time crunch and a good experience. I will be take our vehicles back there with not hesitation. Thank you Quality Car Care you made a terrible experience a great one.

I stopped by thinking the shop was still an auto parts store. Kent was so helpful. He explained that they were a sevice center not a parts store. I couldn't find what i needed at either of the auto parts stores in Andover. So he went into his own stock of parts and gave me some crush washers and an o ring for my project. I would highly recommend this shop.

I had some repairs done to my truck recently. It was more expensive than I expected, but I feel like I was dealt with honestly and they did the work as promised and it was done when they said it would be. I asked for them to look at the brakes and were told the brakes were good. To me that shows honesty. They were also the only shop I called that actually answered their phone. I will use them again.

Take all my families automobiles there. Toyota, Dodge, Chevy and Pontiac. Best customer service you could ask for. Everyone needs a hometown mechanic, this one is mine.

I found the staff to be very friendly. I took my vehicle in to have the brake system bleed. Two weeks later and a six hundred plus repair bill,I get it back. I am still unhappy with the brake operation. I feel they preformed some unnecessary repairs. I ask them to check out another problem. I was told my wheel bearing was bad and needed replaced for additional 500+ dollars. That was in addition to an additional $2000 in suggested repairs. I checked out the vehicle myself and found the nuts holding the wheel bearings in place had been loosened and the wheel lug nuts were not tight. This could have caused an accident, if went unchecked. Upon pick of my vehicle, I inform them that I didn't like the feel of the brakes. The manager drove it around the building and informed me the brakes stopped the vehicle, what more could I ask for. I am still looking for a reliable source of service for my vehicles. Oh, by the way the noise, I ask them to check out was caused by defective brake pad. I don't think quality car care is place of service for me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped in to have my tires checked. The owner came right out and aired them up. Office staff very helpful.
