Make sure you make an appointment before you go. The people were very kind. There was only about a 7 minute wait time. There was laughter in the building telling me that the people that work there were enjoying what they were doing. Overall it was painless, seamless, and effortless.

The plaza itself is great for such a small shopping area they have some great options the Dollar tree there is wonderful at what I had to do that day was not a pleasant experience for me because it was something in and of itself that wasn't pleasant
