Just had the repairs done. Everything looks and sounds good! A bit early to know if it is five stars. They seemed honest, knowledgable, and had fair prices. Got the work scheduled right away and done in a timely manner. They were able to adjust repairs to fit our budget. Happy for our experience thus far!

Was referred here for alignment, from Discount tire. Was told it would be 2hours. FIVE hours later I got my car. I never would have agreed to that. My day off, I have so much to do. They did an inspection that took an hour, then the alignment, which should take at most 30 minutes…..They apologized, but did not seem to feel they did anything wrong. That’s just the way it is type of attitude. Frustration& anger doesn’t begin to describe my feelings. UNBELIEVABLE

I had a down tire first thing in the morning and drove straight to Myers for assistance. I did not have an appointment. Myers graciously accommodated my situation and got me in to repair the tire. They also addressed several other issues all in the same day. They are totally reliable and do excellent work for a reasonable price. Myers is the best.

I had both of my Lexus vehicles serviced by Myers Automotive this week. It was a great experience. Not only did they do the work in a timely and professional manner, they went beyond the needed service to inspect and assure me that everything else was in good working order. They were very curteous and friendly as well. As an added bonus, I saved a significant amount of money over having the same work done at my local dealer. If you are looking to have work done on your vehicles in the Andover area, I would highly recommend Meyers.

New in town and went with Meyers based on reviews and some word of mouth. Just so happened to have an extremely convenient location for us in Andover as well. Had an expensive fix, but what isn’t these days on a new car. Ed over there in Andover was very accommodating and gave me a few options which he didn’t have to. Top that off with being “that guy” who needed a complex job done on a tight timeframe,.. tech stayed late and got a very sizable job done within my request and the entire process was convenient and accommodating. Nothing was done without discussion and communicating was daily when it didn’t have to be. Meyers will be my shop from here on out. Highly recommend if you want quality techs and quality work on your vehicles.

They were very thorough in their inspection and didn't pressure me to fix things asap. Gave me thorough list of recommendations for me to go over. Will definitely go back to them when I decide to move forward with repairs.
