I work there and it is not 24 hours The store hours are 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and the gas pumps do shut up automatically with no control by employees so we can't help it if you are at the pump when they turn off

Staff member literally turned off the pumps and lights on us and other customers at 11pm. No warning, no nothing. Why shut down gas pumps over night, let alone while people are fueling up. Do not recommend!

maintenance for this place is no where to be seen. Trashy bathroom, half the pumps don’t work, possibility of getting scammed, and ofc not very good prices i mean better than quick trip prices atleast

Stopped for gas and clean the windshield, NO window cleaner in any of the window cleaning stations at the pumps, only 1 had a squeegee. So, I purchased a carwash when I purchased the gas. Carwash was OPEN, but did a horrible job, little or no soap came out, rinse worked ok, but very little surface protection sprayed out. WILL NOT STOP THERE AGAIN!

This is my go to stop for fuel coffee energy drinks snacks for the road. I will drive by all others quick trip,casseys, and everyone else just to patronize kwik shop because of their awesome customer service hands down.

Complaining and calling other customers d*** because they ask about a broken gas pump is extremely unprofessional and if it were my business the clerk working today (older white lady about 10:45am) would have been fired on the spot. What gives you the right to call someone d*** especially not even to their face. I will never spend another penny here, how disgusting.
