First time I went here, it was simple and awesome, I forgot which Dr but he was informative and friendly.
I bring in a new client and got Dr Mork, who seemed to be more interested in what flea medication I put on my cat, instead of the actual reason why I brought her in- her severe allergy problems. I tried explaining that her allergies have been ongoing for months, and not because of the flea medication I put on her 2 days prior to going in. She really talked down on us as if we were slow and incompetent, which I did not appreciate. We basically paid a 60$ exam fee for her to tell us our cat didn't have fleas.. which we knew already.. and was not the reason we took her in.

Since they went corporate, doctors are in and out so you never get the care you used to when they were privately owned. Our cat really needed X-rays, but they took blood and gave meds instead. Had they done the proper exam, they would have seen the blockage. Another office took care of the issue where Kutter failed.

We have absolutely loved Kutter Pet Care the past four years. They’ve always been so great with getting appointments quickly and our dog loved boarding with them. It is so convenient boarding our dog when we go on trips and then getting him groomed the day we pick up. Everybody we’ve dealt with at Kutter has been wonderful!

We had to say goodbye to our beloved Kitty Jesse this morning, and we want to thank Dr. Arens and the entire staff for their compassion, kindness, and respect for us as we said goodbye. They made every attempt to treat her for what we believe was most likely feline cancer, but within the last week it began to take her quickly as she stopped eating, became quite lethargic and couldn't keep anything down. The process was painless for her as she just went to sleep peacefully and slipped away. We will miss her to no end, but are so grateful to Dr. Arens and the staff for their tender care.

We just moved to Wichita from Washington State and were referred to Kutter from co-workers. It was super easy to get an appointment and once we arrived to the clinic we found it to be super clean and welcoming. The staff were great and our dog was comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this Vet clinic!
