We had one of our jacks on our RV leaking oil. We went to Kellogg RV for service. The owner researched for hours to find a replacement but wasn’t able to do so by closing time. He had one of his mechanic to stop the leak on the bad one and didn’t charge us anything. He stated he would continue to look for a Jack. He found one and had it shipped to his shop from CA. The next day it arrived before stated time. After we arrived his mechanic started working on it and had us back on the road about 1 hour and 10 min. We received excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. I observed the owner talking to people on the phone. He was so patient, helpful and so kind. Would highly recommend this business. Praying God’s blessing upon this business.

The guys at Kellogg RV went above and beyond to take care of some issues I had with our rig (it is a mobile shower trailer for homeless people in the Wichita area). They were friendly, efficient and helped keep the cost down. Highly recommended!

My Parents took their rv here to have everything fixed.. paid them thousands of dollars to ensure they wouldn’t have any issues.. only for it to break down the first trip we take it out of the state. We got it towed to another garage where they informed us that there’s a sheet/towel that was zip tied covering the transmission valve.. we’ve only ever had it worked on at this place and they practically ruined our rv transmission. Be careful when doing work with these people.. they’re not honest and now my parents are paying for their manipulation.. not sure if it was a mistake but the ziptie proves they meant to clog the valve.. not sure if they wanted to create a bigger problem for us so we continue to come to them for business or if they just wanted to take advantage of my parents. BE CAUTIOUS

We highly recommend Kellogg RV! We were traveling through Kansas, on our way to Wichita when we noticed the frame of our Scamp started to separate from the A-frame. We called Kellogg and they were so kind to fit us in for the repair. We had our Scamp towed to the shop and while it was there they saw we needed a new axle as well. They quickly ordered and fixed that too, and got us safely back on the road! We cannot thank them enough! They provided us outstanding customer service and great quality work!

Got me taken care fantastically. They found two major problems . One I was aware of my radiator leaking some where. The RV seemed to be loosing power, thought my foot was weak! Two major connecting hoses had cracked leaking air. They showed me the parts, fixed my problems and now I zip along happily with better fuel economy ? Roger Evans

I have had the absolute best customer service and friendly help from this business. I recently got a class A RV that had many problems. They have patiently guided me through each step along the way and not made me feel stupid. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were on day 1 of a 19 day vacation when all the electronics in our RV failed. J.B. and his crew diagnosed the problem, had the failed computer module shipped overnight, installed the part, and had us back on the road the following day. He saved our vacation. He made the effort to help us when he already had a shop full of work. This kind of response is almost unheard of in the RV industry. Highly recommend Kellogg RV!Service: Electrical
