“I randomly inquired about a rate quote to see if they could save me any money and they were easily able to save me about $420/every 6 month on my auto and renters insurance, and were able to smoothly transition my coverage over that very afternoon. The auto plan included same as or better coverage as my previous insurance company for significantly less. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. It was a very smooth experience and am very satisfied thus far with my plan coverages and I'd highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you haven't gotten a rate quote estimate lately to give them a try!”

“Haha ? I have been an Allstate customer for quite some time. About a year ago my auto/motorcycle policies renewed there was a mix up with my auto-pay because I had gotten a new debit card, I caught it the day after they were to be drawn out and got it fixed. Fast forward to the next renewal and my auto/ motorcycle policies went up $75/$30, called them to find out why and they told me that it was because I hadn't had continuous onetime payments in the past billing cycle. I think that insurance is a scam anyway, but we have to have it and for allstate to do something like this to a long time customer who corrected the problem within 24 hours is EXTREMELY POOR business!
EDIT: I do have to say that Jon Emmit has been very helpful and a stand up guy . He has always been very helpful and quick to respond to me, that being said he reached out to me soon after my original review unaware of what was going on and made sure that it got corrected quickly and I was reimbursed. THANK YOU JON EMMITT!”

“If you are looking to lower your monthly insurance cost without sacrificing on your coverage, look no more! My husband and I had been shopping around to lower our monthly costs because we were getting ready to add a 4th car to our premium. Half of our cars were with another company under my name and we wanted to bring them all in one account with State Farm with my husband.
Long story short, Seth and David worked VERY HARD to meet our budget. They went the extra mile and took it to a higher level to advocate for my husband’s long term loyalty to State Farm. This goes to show that longevity goes a long way with these guys. They were able to insure all 4 vehicles for $150 less a month than what we were paying before with 3 vehicles!!!….AND didn’t skimp on any of the coverage!
Fast forward a few months and my husband and are buying our first house together. They were able to bundle all of our insurances and get us an additional discount on our vehicles for adding the house. Not to mention, this is the only company that quoted us LESS THAN our “budget price” without even asking and again, did not skimp on our coverages whatsoever.
This team is amazing. Please consider them as you’re shopping for insurance, you won’t regret it.

“I would give more stars if allowed. Randy Hoffman helped us with so many things when we needed advice on how to proceed with Medicare and supplements. We needed extra help as we were bearing down on deadlines. Randy was there for us even though he was planning a vacation out of country. He called us and made sure we knew he was available to answer our questions. In the end we were able to beat the deadline and we have Randy and his office to thank. We’ll be forever grateful. We even received a follow up message several months later and we appreciated the caring gesture. Randy helped us through a very difficult situation. My husband and I are happy with our experience.”
