I’ve been using these guys for my occasional dry cleaning items for a few months and have been impressed with how quickly they get my clothes done versus a small independent dry cleaners I used before. They also have done a great job and I’ve been bringing mostly my dress shirts and suit. The only thing I wish they had is an after hours drop. I thought they did since they give you a dry cleaning bag, with name label on it when you first go to use them. But, there is no 24/7 drop option at the Andover location.

I've always had a positive experience at In The Bag Cleaners in Andover. The staff is friendly and attentive. My cleaning is usually done before the estimated day given when I drop it off. Very pleased with their services!

I moved here from El Dorado where you were at their mercy re time frame, price and quality of service. Sooo impressed with In The Bag Cleaners with their prices, quality of their service , and their follow up service when your items are finished...also GREAT specials which I took advantage of for my down comforters. The ladies at the counters are very nice. Very efficient , wonderful service, and GREAT Service and prices ....it's extremely refreshing to deal with a company that really care about their customers' feedback...it is soooi appreciated when you know that they care.
