At Andover great clips store at 10:01 System would not let me check in so I went in and the lady said “the system” was not running yet. She entered my phone number. I waited about 10 minutes and then 2 people came in after me who obviously checked in AFTER I was checked in ( they could not have checked in before me since the system was not running! Great clips in general seem to always have issues. My other complaint is the place ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE!! it about makes a person throw up when you first enter

My husband had his hair cut at this place 3-4 times time and with different hair stylists. His hair is short and all he has been wanting is to feather it back. No one seems to know what they are doing. We even went back yesterday to see if they could at least cut his bangs since the last one didn’t even touched his bangs and they just butchered his hair! Where are these people getting their hair styles training? Will not go back to this place!

Always love going here and glad this location was built so I wouldn't have to drive to the Kellogg location it's so much closer and the hair stylists are always great and aren't afraid to give input to help your look fit your uniqueness.

Love on line checkin. Wish you had something to show who was actually working at the time of checkin so i didnt have to call first but thats pretty minor. Libby does a great job!

I have been going to this Great Clips since they opened a few years ago. All the stylists have cut my hair at one point or another and I have NEVER been unhappy with the end result ever! That said, usually, Anya cuts my hair and she's amazing. We got especially close after I went to Ukraine 2 weeks after Russia began their invasion in 2022 (Anya is from Ukraine). She is fast, but detailed and definitely takes pride in doing a great job for her customers.All that to say, I am loyal to this Great Clips because of the quality of cut I always get, and because of the personalities of the team. I've gotten to know most of the stylists a little more personally, and that makes it even better.FYI, I also take my elderly mother to this Great Clips, and I cannot express how critical she can be of hair-stylists since she WAS one for many years. However, she LOVES Libby and has had nothing but great things to say about her cuts! That is saying a LOT!NOTE: I HIGHLY recommend using the app for check in. Great Clips - Andover - E Kellogg and 47th South have all been good options for a quick hair cut. Staff have all been friendly, efficient and respectful.
