I am giving a low rating to Goodwill of Andover, Ks. Because it is not pleasant to look on their shelves and everything is on top of each other, very messy, no organized areas. Doesn't make my shopping experience very enjoyable.Don't see this problem in Goodwill on Maize Central in West Wichita and the Goodwill in El Dorado.kept

Prices are getting a little crazy.. old , dirty stained etc items at the price of almost new items is not a good deal. As I walked through the furniture I was thinking most people would not be able to afford the prices.Also please stop raising the prices just because of brand. A worn 6 year old Nike shirt is not worth more than the rest of the tshirts. Ross and tj Maxx usually have them for $6.99 and up. People shop Goodwill to save money..Used to be fun to go score deals now it's kinda depressing..

My experiences, not only at this goodwill, but others in Wichita. The employees used to bring out the “new” donations on racks and carts for customers to look through. Now, the employees have customers chasing them around the store, with the new donations. My point is, the employees seem to have to put the merchandise on the shelves, before they can buy themselves. I’ve chased an employee with a cart, race to put merchandise on shelves. By the time I got to the next isle over, the goodies were gone. I’ve donated thousands to goodwill. Please make your employees shop, after their shift! I went to your goodwill today, only to chase an employee around the store, as she seemed to want to get away from shopping customers. Been a long time customer of goodwill in Omaha ne. They set the carts and racks for people to shop. And they have good items. During Covid, donation doors were closed. I tried to drop off. I couldn’t believe all the good merchandise people dropped off there. That had me thinking, goodwill, what do you do with your merchandise? Do you sell it online? Or let your employees have first dibs? Angry donator!

A little confused by all the low ratings. Must be under new management or something. I found it very clean, very organized, and I payed $10 for some very nice dress shoes and less than that for some excellent tennis shoes that looked brand new for my kids! It's a shame that most people sort reviews by relevant rather than new.I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you give this place a chance. And go ahead and leave a review because they obviously only tend to get reviewed when people are upset!I've left your a few pictures to give you an idea of what you will find, so I hope it's helpful.

Came to pick up a piece of furniture. I purchased and payed for. I had the price tag to only to find out they sold it to someone else! Employee who worked there told me this happens alot !!! I was told it be held for us and it was ok to be picked up tomorrow! What's happening if they can't hold something and it's happening more than once?!

Enjoying going to most goodwill, the one in Andover is usually clean, staff are friendly, but have noticed, not just Andover, but all goodwill will have boxes with nothing in them! They really need to make sure that there is something in the box and not sit an empty box on the shelf!
