  How do I get resolution on a propane tank leaking and your technician verified it was your tank problem. We have 0 propane and they told us they would comp some propane and replace leaking valve when tank empty . Still not done. Cold showers. No stove to cook and 4 kids?? No one will help me. This is out of control.

  Pulled in with RV and called to tell them I was there. The phone was a national line and not helpful. No one came out and the place looked deserted. We left and went to Augusta Rental - their lot was larger and easier for an RV.

  Always count on Ferrellgas & they have never let us down. Always come & go & take care of us , we depend on them, have for a lot of years.
