The worst dollar tree possible to go to. The SM Amanda is extremely rude, racist and unprofessional. She hung up on me twice when I called to discuss an issue of them over charging me. This dollar tree will overcharge you and do nothing about it. I had to call and make a police report against them for theft.

Went in to get balloons for my daughter's birthday. The lady at the front end was very helpful in pulling balloons that'd fit the occasion. Made it easy!

I went in not being able to find what I was looking for, I know they saw me walking up and down isles lost. 3 employees there and not one of them asked if I needed any help. I finally asked the cashier if she knew where the item was and she just said “I don’t know” didn’t try looking it up, didn’t ask another co worker. Manager was right behind her, heard me ask her the question, didn’t help. I asked if she could ask someone else and she did, all I got back from the manager that looks like he absolutely hates his life was “if it’s not on that isle we don’t have it” I have never seen such unhelpful and ignorant employees in my entire life. This store is an absolute joke and so is the team that works there.

I am very disappointed, I am a disabled woman, went in this store, walked around for about an 15 min. I was wearing an eye patch making vision poor. After not being able to find what I was looking for I asked one of the few people that were supposed to be working there and he huffed and said it is on aisle 5 at the end and walked away. He did not offer to guide me. After another 5 min I saw him again and again asked for assistance, he was stalking shelves and said he could not leave his supplies at which time he said he would get someone and left.huh, he left his supplies! No one ever cane to help. Not going back there.
