Horrible pharmacy…ran smoother/better customer service when ken was manager. A staff member told me what they did to get rid of him….shame on you Dillons!! We want our pharmacist back!

I asked for a rain check For .99 lb chicken thighs. 1st I had to show the person where they were and the price. Next, she asked how much I wanted. I said 10 lbs. She said we don't do it like that. To myself, I'm like what ? By the thigh? Instead I said sure you do. This one is 4.8 thia one is 5.2 see? She said Ok I will do for you but that isn't how we normally do it but I will take care of you. I'm going to shorten this up just a little bit. We get up to the front she tells the girl up front what I need. The girl starts riding it out. I asked for 20 lb. I'm thinking God only knows when the price is going to go up, and she was it's such a hassle I don't want to do this again for a while. Show the girl starts looking at the ad and she says I'm sorry sir I cannot give you the price because it is not in our ad. I said I'm sure my wife was looking at the ad when she told me it was 99 cents a pound. May I have a look at the ad? At that time I let the lady behind me get service. So she hands me the add. I go through the add I find what I'm looking for on the front page. I put my finger on the front page and said see, here it is right here. The young woman was immediately upset. I asked if she was ok. She said she was great. She just didn't need to be spoken to as if she didn't know her job. I said, huh sorry? I didn't mean to come off that way. But of that is how you took it I am sorry. I said, if that is the biggest mistake you make today all is just fine. She whipped the document towards me and said you have a great day. When did common sense and manners depart the area??

I hate to ever give a review this bad but BUYERS BE AWARE!!! when ordering pick up if you order on Tuesday to pick up on Wednesday and you're buying sell items they will not honor it even though they've already charged your card on Tuesday for your order then you will get an extra charge on Wednesday when you pick the items up and they're not on sale anymore I'm told you can ask for a refund but they are told by management do not honor it. Also at this location over 50% of the time your order will be wrong and you will be missing items. If there was anybody else local to go to that did this I would use them as I've got a fully disabled husband at home and can't leave him long to go do my own grocery shopping so I appreciate the convenience however the convenience has warn itself out and cost me money I will say Melissa one of those that brings your order out is fantastic half of the time I get there she brings the order out before I've even checked in because she recognizes me that customer service I appreciate the rest of it not at all

The Mac and cheese in the deli is always dry and the other food looks old at 5pm. It’s been a favorite Dillon’s but I have been trying to get mac and cheese here for probably 6 months and it’s always dry and stuck to the pan. The Augusta Dillon’s doesn’t have this problem and it is a much smaller Dillon’s. It’s just disappointing.

So sad. This used to be a great Dillons. But now there's constant issues with grocery pickup and the management is incompetent as well. Never do I get a full order with all my items in it,, Items they say are out of stock are in the bag yet, items they say that are IN stock are missing. I leve instructions for my meat to be tenderized, it NEVER is. So the pickers don't understand simple instructions, and they just grab any produce. They don't ever pick ripe or nice items. Half the time I get semi bad items. Bout done with Dillons all together. Update: the pickup manager called me back. Issued me a $15 gift card..at least it's something.
