I cannot say enough good words about this company. If I could give them 100 stars I would. They went above and beyond helping me take care of an old state tax debt and an old federal tax debt with absolutely incredible results. Dave (may he RIP) built a true legacy that I know Kaden, Todd, Kristol, and the rest of this amazing team will carry forward with honesty and integrity. They were honest, caring, compassionate, and did a phenomenal job. Do not hesitate in hiring this company for any of your financial needs. They are amazing!!! 100/10 stars highly recommend!!!

*****, was referred to Kaden ***** at David ***** & Associates by *************************. ***** is disabled; he never consulted with Kaden face-to-face. ***** spoke with Kaden on the phone and later following Kaden's lack of professional courtesy; ***** became wary of identity theft. Kaden's last name may or may not be *****, he is hereby addressed as Kaden. Briefly, Kaden is holding *****'s government documents without *****'s consent. ***** had/has no signed agreement with Kaden for tax services. After speaking with Kaden on the phone in August of 2021; Kaden expressed willingness during that first call with ***** to help refund *****'s federal withheld taxes from 2016 by reason of *****'s disability. ***** made clear to Kaden during that phone call that the refund would be from the 2016 withheld tax, and Kaden advised ***** to mail his tax and disability documents to his office, and provided ***** with this address at **************************************

They had my tax information, statements, etc. at the beginning of December and wasted countless hours of my time asking questions about them. Then they waited until mid-February to rudely tell me to have someone else do my taxes. Nothing was provided yet they deigned to send a bill for hundreds of dollars. Now I'm less than a month before the tax deadline and have to completely start over with no further communication from them. Additionally, they were disorganized, not professional, and unresponsive at times. AVOID!

I am extremely frustrated at our CPA, Tri. He as been supposedly working with our IRS agent to get us a payment plan but after a year, still nothing. He just keeps telling us it is a very large monthly sum but won't give us the number and now we are being levied. He constantly is asking for paperwork from us that he had already been given. He also told us that the IRS "would not levy us since we are working with them on a payment plan" and it has happened three times. I understand that the government takes forever and they had a shutdown within this process. However, the advice we have been getting has been incorrect several times. And there has been little to no communication from our CPA and he seems very disorganized. I am looking for new help somewhere else.

Over two weeks for basic tax. Each time i called told needed more time. Finally picked up paper work and took somewhere else. When i picked up told i had til april 18 and they had corporate deadlines to meet.😣

David Adams and all his associates are wonderful persons. David is excellent in dealing with the IRS and State income tax issues. I am in third stage prostate cancer and David has helped me address our substantial financial problems and has continued to help us. He is now doing our taxes and we are so thrilled with David and Associates. A big load is taken off our back. Thank you David.
