These fellas are top notch! They did wonderful work and were so kind. Customer service also was amazing. They waited few extra minutes past closing for me to pick my car up. And I can’t prove it, but I’m pretty sure they cleaned my car. Like vacuumed and everything. 10/10 recommend.

Previous work on one of my cars in Dec 2023 was outstanding with positive customer service and repair.
My son recently was in an auto accident so I immediately returned. Person on phone had assured me that estimates are free just come on in anytime. When I arrived I was shocked when I spoke to Jeff Johnson, who from the beginning did not listen to one word I said and systemically interrupted and talked over me, with no opportunity for me to explain anything! He was only interested in insurance claim.
We are not going through other parties insurance company (self-pay) and I clearly reiterated this. I then requested a quick safety check since estimate was not possible. He stepped outside, looked at our car from a distance and smugly said, “nope not safe the hood might fly up and cause accidents”. He refused to consider anything I said but kept saying “Im just trying to help you”. As a senior female I was appalled at his lack of respect and behavior. Ladies go somewhere else!
Bottom line, I recommend an alternative body shop if you expect even a modicum of respect.

Extremely happy with my experience with Collision Center of Andover. While the only body shop in town that's certified to work on my car told me they would have to replace an entire section of my car these guys said they thought they could repair it and did so for half the cost and in a matter of days. The work turned out flawless and everyone there was a pleasure to work with.

Omg! They saved my life! Was stuck inside the slots at Sonic. Jess was there in 15 minutes. He was able to manuver around the cars during lunch hour. I didn't have to lift a finger. Amazing service. Andover/East Wichita HIGHLY recommended!

They were very quick and easy to work with. Was backed into and our insurance listed them as an option. I picked them and they reached out the same day to schedule an appraisal. The appraisal took less than 30 minutes and was simple and easy. Will report back after scheduled repairs, but I'm optimistic based on my interactions with them at this time.

Super fast and easy! Got rear ended. Made claim and selected this shop. Was called immediately to set everything up. Dropped car off and was done in 6 days! They also handled the rental car.

This place was fabulous to work with after my accident. Unfortunately my car was totaled, but they did a great job of keeping me in the loop, telling me next steps, and answering all of the questions I had. Definitely recommend if you need any work done.
