The assistant manager Paul is racist. Today he accused of of stealing food/ and throwing away the containers without paying for our food. What was thrown away was a cup carrier from Starbucks. He said he was just questioning us, but in fact this was an accusation. When I told him to take whatever out the trash he thought we had threw away, he said no you do it. I would never go in there again! And I would hope that no one would ever fell as embarrassed as he made us feel. There was another mother with her son there but he didn’t go over there and “Question” them. He went straight towards us due to race!!! #NotStayingQuiet #RacismNeedsToStop #DillionsManagement

I’ve been using ClickList, their online ordering system since March and I love it. At first there was a whole lot of stuff I ordered that wasn’t available, but that rarely happens now. And it’s free - they’ve been waiving their $4.95 fee which I view as a very compassionate thing to do. It’s a great service, I don’t even have to get out of my car, they bring it out, load it, adjust the total for coupons - awesome! In 6 months I’ve only experienced one instance of being charged for something I didn’t get, and they more than compensated me for it. I do miss the great Sale Table inside by the pharmacy, but it’s saved me money by not going inside - especially on impulse stuff that wasn’t on my list (usually from the Sale Table). I’m a fan!!!

What good does it do for your employees to wear masks but not have them on properly and you nose and mouth are exposed. And don't get me started on the guy that either sneezed or spit with his mask on - a couple feet away from our open car window. I'm seriously disappointed in you Dillon's. I honestly thought you cared more about your customers safety, health and well being than this.

Six people without masks including an employee, no sense of distancing. Please do not post a sign on the door saying that masks are required when they clearly are not. It gives us a false sense of safety.

Their store hours are a joke. They have changed them AGAIN to better clean and stock , but they’ll stock unill mid morning so it’s just screwing us out of shopping hours.

They don’t have enough checkout lanes open. Not everyone wants to do their own check out! There were lots of empty shelves with items missing that I needed to purchased. Had to go to another store. Can’t find items because they’ve moved things over and over. They’ve made grocery shopping a very unpleasant experience. Shame on you Kroger!

Why have you stopped giving receipts at the gas pump? It has been weeks, maybe a couple of months. Different pumps, no receipts. I buy gas there twice a week on average. "Receipt Failed See Cashier" defeats the whole purpose of Pay at the Pump. It is no longer convenient if you have to "See Cashier." Sincerely, QT gas customer in the making.

Have enough cashiers so you don't have stand in line so long! They have 18 lanes and 2 open. I don't work there! If I wanted to check myself out, I would apply for a job there.

Doug, who is the greeter at the door (although I know he does much more than that) is one very special, sweet man! He always greets our family so kindly and more often than not spoils our three little girls with a special surprise. We look forward to saying hello each time we go in!
