LITERALLY NEVER FINISHED OUR HOME: Blair was very dishonest and incompetent at his job. He failed to finish the job we paid him to do, was often late, rarely ever kept us in the know on our project, and even threatened to put a lean our home (by making up charges that he had already been paid for) after we filed a complaint against him with the BBB. We had to do all the move-in clean up after the construction crews ourselves. We have also had to finish many of the remaining repairs and unfinished work ourselves. One last piece of advice, don't sign their corrupt contracts. They grossly benefit the builders allowing them the do as they wish with your project and your only recourse is to spend tens of thousands of dollars in arbitration. As a combat veteran I would much rather do another tour in Iraq than have to ever build a home with Blair Construction again. Horrible experience.

We were unfortunate enough to have our home (that was built by Blair Construction) damaged in the April 29th tornado. We have now had 2 different engineers and 2 separate insurance adjusters comment on how well our home was built. They say the quality of our build is what kept us from sustaining worse damage. We feel the same way, but it's nice to have professionals tell you that you're correct. Blair will always be our first stop for any building/remodeling needs!

Building a home is the biggest financial investment one canmake, and Gage/Bill were patient, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The process can be daunting going into, but their friendly approach and open communication made it extremely easy. I recommend them to everyone.
