“We had one of our jacks on our RV leaking oil. We went to Kellogg RV for service. The owner researched for hours to find a replacement but wasn’t able to do so by closing time. He had one of his mechanic to stop the leak on the bad one and didn’t charge us anything. He stated he would continue to look for a Jack. He found one and had it shipped to his shop from CA. The next day it arrived before stated time. After we arrived his mechanic started working on it and had us back on the road about 1 hour and 10 min. We received excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. I observed the owner talking to people on the phone. He was so patient, helpful and so kind. Would highly recommend this business. Praying God’s blessing upon this business.”
“I’ve never been one to take my car to a shop. Don’t trust them, too expensive and why would I pay someone to replace something I can do myself. Well after injuring my knee and my Chevy Silverado electrical completely shutting down I found out why. Quality car care worked on my truck tirelessly for four days to fix my electrical gremlins because I had to get our daughter to college a day after it was done. Long story short they got me A/C back in great working order and fixed the issue with my lights and turn a headache into loving my truck again. Waco Texas was 107 that day and my AC didn’t miss a beat. Their technicians are top notch and the lady and gentleman were a blessing they worked hard to make our trip possible under a time crunch and a good experience. I will be take our vehicles back there with not hesitation. Thank you Quality Car Care you made a terrible experience a great one.”

“I really don't want to give Tim a good review because he's always busy but he deserves it!My friend ran his car out of oil. 2012 Acadia Denali, beautiful car. So another friend found an engine with 1/4 of the miles. We shipped it 1,200 miles to Tim and he R&R'd that engine and the car runs great!! I thought it was going to be an awesome anchor or something but now it has a newer engine and runs great! Tim's a genius!”
