“This bank, especially, the Andover, KS one, is beyond what I could have ever imagined! Every time I walk in there, they ALWAYS greet me by my first name! This is huge, considering I also use another big bank right across the street and hate every time I have to step foot in there. Simply, because they do not take customer service seriously like Emprise Bank does. Today, my wife and I needed something notarized and Brian (manager) took the time and made sure all our paperwork was right, AND then faxed it for us to the appropriate receiver. This saved us so much time...Thank you Brian!”

“We were in to open new accounts. Lovely building, great location. Ms. Loeb assisted us through the process. I have to say she was extremely patient and very kind. She explained everything in a way in which it was understood and I appreciated that.My one and only complaint about the Bank of America is the fact that the door to go into the bank is on the front right beside the drive through lane. The parking is all on the side. It's an awkward design. Anybody handicapped would have problems accessing the entrance. It just feels disconnected.”
