Kim is WONDERFUL! I highly recommend the Andover Estates community. I inquired about a home and was moved in within a matter of weeks. With great schools, a pool, a playground, and great staff I am very happy with my decision.

Working with Kim to find the perfect mobile home has been a breeze. I've been living at Andover Estates for a week now and am very happy with how quiet and clean the community is. Kim and her team have been so kind and responsive to any needs.

Kim the Manager is very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. I would recommend talking to her about either buying or renting. You can't go wrong. Andover Estates is quite and very friendly people.
