My family and I have been customers of this pharmacy since it opened. The staff has always been competent, attentive, and helpful with all our concerns! The care shown for my family and myself is one reason I choose only to business with this pharmacy. Every member of their team have been professional and have always gone above and beyond to help! I know it can be hard using a different pharmacy , but I would definitely recommend giving Andover Drug a chance to earn your loyalty!

Amazing locally owned business! Staff is very personable and remember you by name. They even remember my dogs name. Virtually no wait on getting prescriptions filled. Very accommodating and knowledgeable of meeting customers needs! They are up to date with technology. I even got a birthday text from them. I will never use a corporate pharmacy again!!!

They take care of all my pharmacy needs extremely fast and professional when Covid first started they called me and told me hey when do you want me to come down to get my shots? I’ll be a customer there for the rest of my life.

We love Andover Drug! They are so friendly and always make us feel welcome. They remember us and even our dog maggie. They always have our prescriptions ready when it is time for refills and explain everything to us! If you are looking for a down home pharmacy they are the best!

They were friendly and helpful at first then went downhill. My family and I don't go there anymore. They were 'too busy' to answer a question I had about interactions between two drugs. They stopped automatic refills too. I hope they do better in the future and the pharmacist stops his negative attitude. For now, I don't recommend this Pharmacy.
