“Love their storage units. Reasonably priced. Also the units are indoor. I’ve been broken into twice in other storage units here in Emporia, but never have had a problem with Jumbo. Staff is very kind. The girls at Jumbo are so kind. I rented from 2018-2024. Just loved it!!! Highly recommend. Emporia Kansas.”

“This is a business I will never rent from!!!! I was trying to rent a storage unit from this business, I was refused service because I have roommates that also need to store things in the storage unit. They did not want "a whole lot of people in and out" of the facility even though they claim it is 24 hour access. I was talked down to and I was treated very disrespectfully. They were trying to ask personal questions that were none of their business. Be aware this business does not have your best interest in mind.”
