If I had the option to give them no stars I would. This has got to be the worst bank. Customer service is rude and disrespectful. I would rather put my money in a shoebox than use this bank.

Do not bank here unless inconvenience is nice to you. They did not tell us when opening an account that overdraft was enabled. Additionally, setting up the web/mobile app account is very frustrating and you need to call customer service during business hours to set it up and most times, business hours end when people are just getting off of work, making it impossible to reach a customer service representative.

Best Bank ever. I have never had anything but good experiences with this place. The people are very friendly. They are always nice.
