Lilly was amazing! I came in for a battery charger (after my battery died at the Covered Wagon RV park). Her colleague (I didn't get his name) recommended a charger ($90) that I can pre-charge (the inexpensive ($65) chargers only work if plugged in) and is good for a couple of jumps. He said it starts his truck (my Mazda CX3 is a small 4 cyl) They could have tried to sell me on a $199 charger but they were honest and knew this would meet my needs. Then Lilly went outside to check my fuses as my radio/cd/bluetooth/backup camera wasn't working. I learned where my fuse box is located and how to check them - really easy if you know where and how. Lilly could have sold me a new fuse but she didn't think it looked "blown" she pulled it out and but it back in - it worked! Honest helpful employees! What more can you ask for in the town of President Eisenhower.

The team at O’Reillys was amazing. We had a sensor issue on our way from Colorado and they got us back up and running.

Went in to purchase a crankcase filter for my 2017 F350. From online research I knew it was going to cost between $100-135. When the sales rep told me $245, I didn't believe they had the right part so I asked to see it. When he spun the screen I saw a sales price of $135 and a list price of $245. After I questioned the price his response was "You weren't supposed to see that, and they buy it for $135 then resell it at $245"Everything is already expensive enough to have a company upcharge the customer more than a $100.Drove next door to AutoZone bought the filter for $145...
