Everyone is helpful! I love the online banking service they offer, along with the money transfer option that is available. I can be sitting at home and within a few minutes, I have my house payment completed. Thank you First Bank Kansas!

It's a bank. they make money off of your money. The tellers are always friendly though.

Banking it's ok to consider we don't have a lot to choose from but overdrawn fees are terrible. Charged well over $190.00. The sad thing is if you overdraw after Friday you won't see charges till monday. Make sure you keep an eye on your account cause this bank is ok but after all business is business and those fees add up. But if you have to deal with customer service definitely Salina is the friendliest.

They closed my account (WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!!!) after just 7 months, less than a year, of inactivity. And just 3 days before I tried to add money to my account. The people there are friendly but the way they run their business is just terrible.
