Amanda and Brittany were absolutely amazing with helping us setup our account at the Abilene branch. They made it so easy to get everything setup and made sure even the smallest detail was covered. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and they went above and beyond all expectations. If you want to work with a bank that treats you well, go here. Best banking experience ever! I did not catch her name but the young lady at the drive through window was very helpful and in great spirits considering the power was out. She was still able to fully assist me. I have been to other branches with not so helpful staff. Abilene was wonderful. Thank you!
