Went to buy new tires. Service was great, prices were great! Dropped my car off and it was ready in an hour!

When I told your employee, Tim, that the product I had been looking for had been out of stock for a week, he went and got a forklift and pulled the pallet down and got me what I needed right then! I am so impressed. Excellent customer service!

One of the worst experience I ever had . Completely waste of time unprofessional. No good customer service. If you have a busy schedule don't even bother at Sam's club. You will have wait 16 DAYS for an order of tires that are paid in advance including labor. This will never happen at Costco

Why is buying in bulk such a siren's song? And now with the app you can quickly compare prices to make sure it is worth buying in a larger quantity. Speaking of the app, I absolutely love the scan and go! I live close by so don't necessarily buy a ton when I make a trip so its quick and easy for me to scan items then check out using my phone instead of waiting in line. The savings I get from cheap milk and lower priced gas more than makes up the price of the membership each year.

This location is odd. First time at this location and I don’t think I will return. They have a membership card n*** at the entrance. I entered and she made me stop and show my membership card. Never has this happened to me before at any Sam’s Club. I asked her why the other locations have never stopped me to ask to see my membership card. She said the other Iowa locations aren’t really Sam’s Clubs and that is probably why. What?

I recently started buying the large pack of chicken tenders. The last 2 time I weighed the chicken to see how accurate the store is and both times the weight in the package and the actual weight was off by almost a pound. I like all the other products but won’t be buying the chicken tenders anymore. I don’t appreciate being overcharged.

I talked to a gentleman it was hard to understand him cuz he put me on speakerphone and I was told that they were supposed to be a lot of tires within my price range and I guess that's a lie I guess they basically have tires price for the neighborhood that surrounds the store upper-income upper-income upper-income bracket

ok pandemic restock! mask up! and quick in and out! yea they were out of a few things in store. I am not used to the new lay out yet... the stockers were greeting folks! and good with directions! that was a new good twist!! i wish they had a map for items locations in the app! prices were ok! now for the bad the bag basic salad did not last a day till it went rust color! what the heck? it used to last a week in the fridge before going off... how ever the asian salad kit was real good! I almost did the sushi from here.... fresh made! but decided it would not travel well with a 4 hour delay to get it back in a fridge. mostly a restock on items that were sealed pre packages. yea if it was not for me wanting to pick my food.. a order online for curb pickup would to have been a good choice. yea i will be back...

We have been a sams club plus member for years, they now offer free grocery delivery to some members but not all doesn't make any difference about your membership. this far as I'm concerned that is discrimination plain and simple if you deliver free to one member you should do them all.

Covid-19 review:For starters, unlike Costco, Sam's Club doesn't seem to have many safety measures set in place aside from closing the sit-in dining area and taking away the self-service drink machine.Barely anyone in the store (customers) wore masks nor did they adhere to social distancing guidelines of 6 ft apart. Sam's also doesn't limit the number of people allowed in the store (Costco also only allows 2 people in per membership) so it was PACKED when we went, you couldn't have stayed 6 ft away from someone if you tried. It was also super busy while we were here and lines to check out went pretty far into the actual aisles since they only had 2 or 3 registers open. The aisles to check out do have the 6 ft apart stickers on the floor to encourage social distancing but of course no one followed those either and no employees really seemed to want to care to enforce any of it so there was really no point anyway.Overall, I would definitely choose Costco over Sam's any day. Better product, better customer service, and just overall nicer stores. We just went because this location was better for the time we had, but I don't think I'll be back.

I have always been a Sam's club lover, but had a very unfortunate situation lately. I had been into the store Monday morning and asked about a swing set. I was told they had one in the back and upon checking on it they discovered it was an online order that had been returned and dropped off at their store. Because of this they were unsure if they could sell it, so they took my name and number and said they would call in a couple days after they checked to see if they could se

When I lived in Des Moines I was a regular shopper both here and at Costco. I prefer Sam's for personal items, some food produce and most paper products. I've found that the quality between Costo and Sam's is usually pretty evenly matched, but I've often seen different brands offered at the two chains, so my habit is to alternate between both.On the other hand, I've found the cashier's at Sam's to be much friendlier, but the cashiers at Costco have usually been faster and more efficient - it's good to have multiple memberships ;-)
