When I told your employee, Tim, that the product I had been looking for had been out of stock for a week, he went and got a forklift and pulled the pallet down and got me what I needed right then! I am so impressed. Excellent customer service!

This location is odd. First time at this location and I don’t think I will return. They have a membership card n*** at the entrance. I entered and she made me stop and show my membership card. Never has this happened to me before at any Sam’s Club. I asked her why the other locations have never stopped me to ask to see my membership card. She said the other Iowa locations aren’t really Sam’s Clubs and that is probably why. What?

I recently started buying the large pack of chicken tenders. The last 2 time I weighed the chicken to see how accurate the store is and both times the weight in the package and the actual weight was off by almost a pound. I like all the other products but won’t be buying the chicken tenders anymore. I don’t appreciate being overcharged.

I have always been a Sam's club lover, but had a very unfortunate situation lately. I had been into the store Monday morning and asked about a swing set. I was told they had one in the back and upon checking on it they discovered it was an online order that had been returned and dropped off at their store. The tire department must improve their client service. Today I went to get new tires, I was told that they didn't have enough staff to get the job today and maybe not even tomorrow. What's the point about being a plus member if the service is worse that the usual business that don't require a $100.00 membership? since this is not the first time I have problems at the tire department I am seriously considering getting a Costco membership.

bought a "new" air dryer oven. got home 2 hrs away take it out of the box and it was used.. called and was asked if it was shipping grease on a item used to make food. right.. so now we have to drive 2 hours back to return it. with no compensation for gas or time.. will never shop at this Sam's club again.

The woman with whom e had an appointment was very rude. She kept us waiting for a good 20 minutes and was barely apologetic. My husband, unfortunately, had made an appointment, but neglected to let them know it would be for two people. She acted as if we were some sort of insignificant children. I want you to know that my husband is a former mayor of Des Moines. He was very popular and well-respected, and is not used to being treated like that- nor am I. We don't like it. We didn't like her either- both her appearance and her manner were unpleasant. We were polite , apologized for our misunderstanding the drill,and did set another appointment. We are not going to keep that appointment; as we left we both realized that we did not want to have anything more to do with her.
