worst customer service. refused to let me in the door because i forgot my card at home

IAm a business club member. I have been to almost all the sams nationwide. This one is better then most customer service is good produce is hardly ever fresh at any of the sams club. So this one was no exception. Over all average rating not too bad.

Auto Service checkout is painfully slow because manager approval seems to be needed for most transactions. The managers are very slow to show up.
