It’s a very good place to buy Indian products and groceries Owners are very friendly and guide you. Affordable and cooperative we loved the Indian mango Kesar and Alphonso pulp. Vegetables are fresh here. Do visit the place

So much stuff, especially masalas section, most of it are expired , I told them last month thinking they might have forgot but still when I visited on Sunday, I still see expired items on the shelves , this is insane , someone has to complain to food departments.. I wish I know the right agencies to complain, this should not be acceptable , peoples life could be at risk , so irresponsible..

Inconsistent pricing listed. Sometimes there's a price sticker, sometimes there's a price tag on the shelf. I really like the options and products they carry but it's hard to compare prices if it's no where to be found.

The cashier there didn't know anything, I asked him about many products I need but he didn't respond, he didn't know where it's or he have or not, i think he not even speak English

I stopped in for some products an advice on how to prepare Yogurt Curry Chicken. I always seem to make the sauces too dry. With the managers help I prepared the best curry dish I have ever attempted. Great selection, centrally located, friendly help. Am going back real soon!

I am new to Desmoines and I was looking for a good Indian grocery store in the area. I am so glad I found Maria Groceries! This is an excellent store! Clean and with a variety of groceries and fresh vegetables. We get everything that we need here, and costs are low. Also they said that they have online, free delivery or curb-side pick-up. Great! I am going try next time. Highly recommend! ~ S
