Kathy the compound lady so freaking rude I ask when my 3 month old son’s perscription will be ready and she says “THEY TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE DONE BY 5 ON TUESDAY” I will never call again how horrible!!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for approximately 15 years. They used to do a great job but they have gone down hill big time in the last 3 months or so. They rarely answer the phone. They don't always call when rx is ready and when I pick up prescriptions I have been short on more than one occasion. I can't drive so I rely on someone else to pick them up. If you leave message they don't call back. What has happened to this place?!?!

Drive through rarely open, they never have your prescription filled in a timely manner, and they refuse to answer the phone.

Just laughably bad. I’ve had more issues at this pharmacy and getting prescriptions filled on time than anywhere else. The issue isn’t that my medications are part of a national supply chain issue and are out of stock every time I try to refill, it’s that they NEVER BOTHER TO CALL. They’ll either cancel the script or just let it sit there with no word, no call, nothing. One time it was even reflecting “it’s too soon to refill this per your insurance” when really the issue was they were just out of stock and wouldn’t let me know. I’m pulling all of my medications and going somewhere else. Not Walgreens though, they’re worse.

A SHOUT OUT TO DANIEL AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO GIVES THE SHOTS NOW. BOTH HAVE GIVEN SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A STORE WITH AN EXTREMRLY HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE. THAT TECH JOB IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE THE WORKERS ARE HANDLING ALL KINDS OF OFREQUESTS

The staff is always friendly and helpful, but don't use the drive thru unless your time is not valuable to you. 30 minutes to pick up a prescription with 2 cars in front of me. 11 minutes between the time I pressed the call button and sent my debit card and the time I left with my prescription. Four of those minutes were just waiting for someone to greet me.

I have been a client at the Hy-Vee pharmacy in Windsor Heights Iowa for many years. I am so very pleased with the staff and services provided. I almost feel like they're my friends. Always friendly helpful staff at the pharmacy. I like been ng able to drop in to get my annual flu shot or a covid booster. They offer other shots as well. Close to home, convenient and great people!

Masks off! Can’t understand the employees! The employees end up taking the mask off to talk to you so you can understand them so there is no use in wearing them. It been two years enough with the virtue signaling. The parking lot is littered with masks. There is to much crap at the front of the store causing flow issues. Not a place to stop if your in a hurry.
