As an employee and have been in this location the last two years. I think we have done amazing. As it is the district office, there for i and my team deal with a lot more things then just taxes. Come give us a chance for tax season 2024. As we have a new crew and all care n work hard for our customers and care about them personally, as friends n family do. Overcharged for poor service. Representative didn't seem confident or knowledgeable about my situation. Seemed a lot more focused on getting me to pay and leave instead of helping me understand my situation and how I can better prepare for 2024.

Worst service ever. These people are absolute idiots and messed up everything.The customer service is horrendous. I recommend no one go to them. Peggy is the most rude, unprofessional, and would like to see something done about her.I now have to wait 6-8 weeks for a return on taxes she failed to file on time.If there was a 0 star option they would have itAnd no information was given when I asked for a contact that was higher than our agent so we could file a formal complaintWindsor Hights location
