Great way to change things up and get away from the home office for work. The Gravitate team is great to work with and very friendly which creates a positive and friendly environment. They always answer any questions I have about using any spaces and access to supplies is a nice feature as well. The space itself is modern and allows for a professional environment when meeting with clients. Another nice aspect is that the portal/app allows for me to quickly reserve spaces such as the conference room with ease. Way to go Gravitate team!

Great sunlight and community! Love the access to the quiet phone booths for phone calls and meetings. The spherical ice cubes are an added bonus to the delightful atmosphere. Highly recommend this if you need a WFH away from home.

The Valley Junction location is the perfect place to get off my couch and actually get some work done. The free coffee and great wifi make it an easy decision every morning, not to mention the the other folks using the space. A+ all around.Edit 5/2023: It's been several years since I last reviewed, and I'm now at the Windsor Heights location. I still very highly recommend! The abundance of free parking makes this place perfect for me to pop in when I need to get some work done, and the community here is really fantastic.

Tabitha was wonderful to work with, very friendly and helpful. The space was clean and tidy which was pleasant to walk into. The environment was quiet with minimal background noises which was needed for my zoom meetings all day.

Great experience, they were able to accommodate me and my clients. We were able to bring lunch, the space is clean and very bright. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very happy that we could find a meeting space close to the Airport.

Visiting from out of town and needed a place with great internet. Found them online and it's been a great co-working spot. Tabitha has been terrific, friendly, and attentive/responsive to queries. The atmosphere is great with fun art, and there's always hot coffee ready! Really appreciate it all and it kept me productive.

My husband and I were driving through Iowa on a roadtrip and needed a quiet place to take some afternoon work calls. Tabitha at Gravitate went above and beyond in helping us out with day passes and a room reservation. It was a fantastic work refuge when we needed one. Gravitate is a startup / small business / hustle icon in the Des Moines metro. The midtown location is quirky, quiet, and has all the convenience you expect from a coworking space, but also always-hot hipster coffee, beer on tap, and insanely fast WiFi. Also, this location is walking distance from a local coffee shop, bar, a few restaurants and a grocery store.The new community manager, Tabitha is attentive, friendly, and seems to genuinely care about members. I recently facilitated a continuing education day-long course at Gravitate Coworking Midtown and LOVED the experience. My students also all gave great reviews of the experience at Gravitate! Things I love about Gravitate Valley Junction:1. The people. As a remote employee, I miss being around people! Gravitate attracts great people who become friends.2. The site manager. Kyle does an outstanding job managing the site, activities, and general logistics. He's incredibly approachable and does an exceptional job fostering the community in unique ways.3. The location. Valley Junction is an eclectic part of town. Ideal for taking a walk when you need a quick break from work. Easy access to the Valley Junction farmer's market in the summer. And a diverse offering of local businesses to patronize and support.If you need a relaxed, friendly place to get some work done, Gravitate Valley Junction is the place for you.
