Flowerama won me over today! Decided to stop in at the last minute to get an arrangement for my friend. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but managed to put it together VERY quickly. The flowers were in great shape, arrangement was beautiful, and the customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thank you, ladies!

My boyfriend sent me flowers for Valentine's day / around that time and they were pink roses. Ive never had issues with Flowerama, as I love to get flowers myself, and it could have been the timing. But they were already drying on the edges and flopping over by day 2. The chocolates that came with were divine though.

I go here every year for my wife's flowers for Valentine's day. The gentleman ahead of was picking out some extra options with lillys and went for a blue/violet roses and went in line. They had a fast check out with a tablet she asked me if I was ready I explained I wanted to make some modifications to the order I moved up in line. I hear the man behind get asked if he wants the vase in the fast check out he said no she helped him with getting the vase removed. I get to the next step and explain I would like the vase removed and some lillys added to the order. She said I couldn't buy it without the vase and they didn't have any lillys... Unfortunately $70 dollars later Hy-Vee got my money and I was a happy customer because they helped me and it was busier their!

First off, I arrived 11:05am. The only customer in there. The girls working took so long to wrap the flowers (too busy chuckling & worrying about phone conversations that has nothing to do with them.)I had to ask them if they could speed it up because I had somewhere else to be. The response I received was “ No she can not move any faster & that it costs to bouquet them.” She then proceeded to take even longer while chuckling with the other girl working. I even asked if I paid for bouquet would It speed up the process. I didn’t leave out of there until 11:35p. Are you kidding me?? Clearly I’m willing to pay if already payed $200 for flowers. It’s quite offensive and disgusting. From the initial phone conversation to in person, anytime I asked about a service the first thing they would throw out was something costs extra. You would think that was a no brainer. Horrible customer service. All they care about is money. If I’m asking for a service, don’t tell me it’s extra as if it’s going to stop me from buying. For that very experience I won’t be a returning customer and I’ll make sure to spread awareness of the treatment I received. The blatant colorism I’ve experienced in this area is disheartening.I would rather take my money elsewhere and be treated like an actual human. No stars would be the exact rating I would give if could.

One of my favorite places to shop for special occasions or just for myself! Staff is always very helpful and works with whatever crazy creative idea I try to pull together. So many creative arrangements premade and ready to go or I can create my own.

Beautiful flowers and wonderful customer service! We had a death in the family and wanted to send out a few arrangements the same day to loved ones. The first order was straightforward, and I placed it all online. For the second bouquet, I called and spoke with Sarah. She answered all of my questions and was able to let me know about a keepsake they had available in-store that was not online. Sarah sent me a photo of the keepsake and took my second order over the phone. She even agreed to send me pictures of the completed arrangements so I could let the extended family members know what was being sent. Both orders turned out fantastic, were delivered that afternoon, and comforted our family. Thank you for all your help!
