The new employees are amazing. They are trying to change processes and policies that were never followed. The clerks were very positive. They always help me with packages. Negative complaints are from people who don't like what they were told...pathetic!

Everyone at this post office should fired! Very rude! They hang up on people! Not good service! If I did that at my work I would be fired! They throw out mail if they don't want to deliver it or forward it ! Lazy crew! They don't forward mail hardly at all so if you have something important forget it you wont get it! Fire this crew!

I was glad to see the old crew go! The rude sisters and the ole man! I was short changed by the dude an they charged me for the po box box I was supposed to get because I don't receive mail at my home! I paid 48 dollars a month before I found out I wasn't supposed to pay so I guess that was pocketed? When I complained to City Hall I was told they couldn't help me! I believe I should be reimbursed for the money I paid for 2 years! To bad we couldn't of gotten friendlier replacements but, we didn't! How come they lose mail all the time? I wouldn't dare send gift cards threw this post office!

These employees are the best!! Most helpful and kind!!ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Willing to help a disabled person out to their car with heavy packages!! They go above and beyond a normal post office!!

Absolutely terrible service. Incompetent employees, lost mail. I wouldn't give any stars at all, but you have to leave at least one to write a comment. Extremely pissed off about rude employees and vanishing mail. I WILL be changing my address to another post office.
