Great service! Had an issues with one of my tires on my way back home to Arizona from Michigan they had the issue fixed and was back on the road in 45 minutes!

Driving through Williamsburg on a road trip and my tire blew out. Called Mike on the phone and he took personal time on a Sunday evening to meet us at the shop to help. He and the owner voluntarily drove around town to look for the right tire. He then called someone who had the tire and went to go pick it up for us while we ate. You can tell this kind of hospitality is one of their hallmarks.
Hard to even put into words how nice these guys were and how much help they gave us on a Sunday afternoon.
If you are driving through Iowa and need anything car/tire related these guys will go out of the way to help you. Truly mind boggling to me how helpful, hospitable, and nice these guys were. Could not recommend these guys more.

On a Saturday afternoon, we blew a tire on our travel trailer and called Williamsburg T&S. They were closed, but have techs on call 24/7. We put on a spare and drove the 10 miles to their shop where the tech was already waiting. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very efficient! Greatly appreciated the service especially since we were still 800 miles from home!

I have called them and have been told the price for a steer Michelin tire is around $850 total. When we came to the shop they tried to sell us a trailer tire for $880 as a steering tire, then they brought out a right tire for $985. They are looking for clueless people so they can scam them for money.

Terrific they got my truck in didn't laugh too hard at the old thing changed the oil and did it cheaper than they had told me on the phone all the employees were very friendly

We had front end damage to our vehicle from a large piece of a semi tire late on a Friday night. We were able to get to a motel and survey the damage. We contacted our insurance company but no collision centers were open on Saturday. We found this tire center in Williamsburg and contacted them. The gentleman said they were short handed but he would send someone to our motel to look at the vehicle. They strapped up some wires and a piece of the front end that was hanging so we could drive to their shop. Once there, they got us right in and quickly got it so we could get back on the road. This was exceptional service from the shop manager and the employee who worked on our vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank them again for all they did for us!!

The trucking company I am working for, nearby, uses Williamsburg Tire & Service for tires mostly. I just found out from one of their supervisors that they can / will do many things if asked. They can order parts for almost anything you need done on cars and trucks alike. Great place and great people.

Incredibly good customer and quality service. We were driving back to Chicago from Denver when our low oil pressure light turned on on the dashboard. Stopped by right when they opened and they were gladly and eager to help. We needed a new sensor and were able to get all done super fast and for a reasonable price.
We are super grateful that we stopped here to fix it. Bonus points: pet friendly, great lobby, and clean client restrooms.
