While shopping my daughter set down her most loved stuffed animal and we didn’t realize it until we were 30 minutes down the road. She was completely heart broken. Luckily the wonderful staff not only located her stuffed animal but mailed it back to her with a special note letting her know that her stuffed animal was well cared for. This special attention was so appreciated and made the experience truly memorable for my whole family. I know this solidified our loyalties and we look forward to shopping at this store many times in the future.”
