“I always like shopping here and find great deals on quality clothes, but my most recent experience was such an excellent experience solely because of the staff. While shopping my daughter set down her most loved stuffed animal and we didn’t realize it until we were 30 minutes down the road. She was completely heart broken. Luckily the wonderful staff not only located her stuffed animal but mailed it back to her with a special note letting her know that her stuffed animal was well cared for. This special attention was so appreciated and made the experience truly memorable for my whole family. I know this solidified our loyalties and we look forward to shopping at this store many times in the future.”
“I came in to this store 9 minutes before closing and the women there were incredibly kind and gracious, offered to help, told me to take my time and just made me feel welcome. I was in and out in 9 minutes but really appreciated that they didn't give me grief (or any side eyes ha) over coming in at the last minute! Will definitely be back, thanks ladies!”

“I always love coming in here, I travel a lot and this has to be the best AE I’ve ever been too. There’s two employees that are always happy to see me (one with ginger hair and one with bangs, not sure of their names). For as much as I appreciate the store I do have one bone to pick with one employee who has always been disrespectful. The employees here don’t wear name Tags but she looks like a bigger woman with brown hair. Anytime I come in she is always on her phone ignoring other customers, or calling me names like “hun” like I’m a child, super disrespectful. Not to mention her lack of hygiene, the smell that comes off her is horrid and makes you need to hold your breath, her hair almost looks wet!!!! I hate to put down someone like this but it happens almost everytime she’s there!!! I hope maybe this review can fix it because it really is an amazing place to shop??”

“For an outlet for it really feel that they did not have many discounted items. Don't get me wrong; they had deals going like a BOGO. But compared to other stores, the discounted items did not seem as prevalent”
