Gas was cheap but service inside was terrible. Long line, only one register open. I asked when the next pizza would be out and they told me they'd get on it, but I think they must not have even started on it because I've been waiting for so long, with no update.

Where to start. None of the employees were wearing proper uniforms, so no name tags, so I can't say names. But my partner and I stopped here last night and the experience was horrible. The chick with the missing teeth was horribly rude to me and other customers. Then there was another female wearing a Lilo and Stitch jersey, playing on her phone facetiming someone when we were up at the counter. I asked for a bag and was completely ignored. We waited for almost 2 hours for a shower because they were all outside having a grand old time. All showers were empty and needed to be cleaned. When I went to look and see what's up, missing teeth lady was rude and yelled at me to not go down there. This has got to be the worst one. Then this morning, the lady that helped us was on her phone and ignored our request to not use points and threw an attitude. The fuel islands are riddled with glass and trash. Horrible customer service and dirty.

If I could give a zero (0) review, I will. Please allow me to speak directly the fact and frankly. This store doesn’t respect law at all. This store staffs are dictatorship and bullying customer. When I reported to the store staffs especially two female staffs about I found two cars without license plates and one Florida expired license plate car (expired Jan. 24)parked in the parking lot, the store staffs became very rude and even wanted to report me to the police. And another customer or not wearing flying J uniform buying foods treated me very rude and unreasonable at all, he said my asking him whether driving no license plate car legal or not is a harassment. The store blocked me to buy and evicted me and even try to call the police. Please let me speak opinion honestly, nowadays business owners including banks etc, many are very rude and don’t respect law at all but bullying customers. Customers are not their god as the advertisement says anymore. Customers can only obey their dictatorship rules, buy pay and go. If asking questions they don’t like they can call the police. Is allowing no license plate and expired license plate cars to park respect law or not? Is evicting customers who reported no license plate parking car respecting law or committing crimes? When I asking them is it because these cars are from the government therefore parking with no license plate is allowed by the store? They could’t and did NOT ANSWER. Therefore, does it confirmed these people driving no license plate cars or expired ones are working for government? So they can drive everywhere and park everywhere without trouble and even under protection by private owners? If so, what are these cars doing? Are they doing or going to do criminal things therefore afraid of others to see where they are from? Are these cars be able to doing any kind of crimes including human trafficking? Can people ask questions? How can people especially dissidents to protect their families, if so? America is not law and order and people take for granted for crimes and corruption is because of communism and accepting the Chinese Communist Party central government families who hold green cards and citizenship using corrupted fake money transport through a unfair work trade system which should distinguish communism and democracy. The CCP and communism corruption broke good honest real private owner business industry and broke the boundaries of check and balance. Chinese Communist Party always demolish cross or send fake representatives into church and misinterpreted bible to destroy people’s confidence in religion. Is it not the problem of democracy but the communism and corruption. Is the above correct or not correct? When people or such store can respect law and not bully customers? When can such store not blindly worship money and corrupted power which in nature caused by materialism of communism? When true color of democracy and law in check and balance can return? Democracy always welcome religion but communism always destroy religion. Anti-god anti-human being communism’s materialism made people not respect law and religion but only worship communist party, money and power only. Is it correct or not correct? Wish to share this information with the store and other people to think together. Thanks.

Not a good flying J. Messy. No food. Subway closed early. No Cinnabon. Nothing on rollers. Terrible customer service. Ended up walking out without getting anything. I didn't even get gas like I planned to.

Doesn't deserve even a star. The favorite place of livestock haulers. The whole yard smells like piggery. The showers were down for days, subway is just a sign inside with nobody there. The restroom is only one, cause next cell is broken. Ill stop at Loves next time just few miles south.
July 4th update:
Nasty and gross surprise from the management. After 50 minutes wait,4 out of 6 showers open,no one cleaning them,you find these in the shower room. I wouldn't risk to buy food from this disgusting places. Definitely never come back again!

On my visit 7/4/24 one cashier working who happens to be a maintenance person, incredibly slow, with some kind of “rock music” blasting on a personal stereo. That alone was enough for me to turn around and leave. Add in the Cinnabon display was bare, the hot case was devoid of food with long lines, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

This Pilot Flying J is a good one. The ladies working here last evening were so nice and helpful. I had some trouble with my Flying J app and one lady came in from home to assist and get it working. These ladies work hard to take good care of their drivers!!!

If you're searching for a place that always disappoints look no further, this is it! Stocked shelves? No. Hot food? No. Diesel covered fuel lanes? Yep! Clean showers? Depends. Top tier management? Absolutely not.

This Flying J is nothing more than a joke. The subway is never open, there is never food in the truck stop side either. The gas pumps are disgusting and clearly rarely cleaned just like the store itself.. Why they took the time to tear down the truck stop that was here to ultimately replace it with a truck stop that falls into the same despair is asinine at best.
