I've shopped here atCasey's for about eightyear's. Have always beentreated with respect andnever ever had any issues,until last night 01-08 -24.I came in to order a TacoPizza and they were verybusy due to a snow stormwhich was predicted tohit West Union. I do notknow the gentleman's name who was workingonly that he and younglady was working. I amnot certain but I believethe young lady was anew employee. But theman kept apologizingto me because I was having to wait for so long.I then advised him therewere no worries that Iunderstood they werebusy and that I was avery patient man.Soafter about 10 or 15minutes I was waitedon. So after giving myorder the man ask willyou be waiting. I saidno I will come back andpick it up the man statedit would be about 20minute's. I was then askif I wanted too pay nowor when I returned toP/U the pizza, I stated Iwill pay for it now. I thenleft to go take care ofsome business that Ihad to deal with. Uponmy return which I thenrealized it was way pastthe 20 minutes that Iwas advised the pizzawould be ready. So whenI went to pick up thepizza this same manhad made a 360 degreeturn and instead ofbeing respectful thistime was totallydisrespectful. Sayinghe had told me 20minute's and it wouldbe ready. I thenapologized to him andattempted to explainwhat happen. But hedidn't seem to wantto accept that eventhough I had alreadypaid for the pizza andthat he really didn't haveanything to say aboutit. After it was paid forit was totally on mefor whatever happento the pizza. I wasunderstanding whenit took them so longto wait on me. Butbecause I didn't P/Uthe pizza within the20 minute time frameit was now a excuseto be rude. So I willno longer conductany business withCasey's. If you don'tlike your job thanmaybe its time tolook for a job that'smore suitable. AgainI apologize for beinglate picking it up nowyou can apologize foryour rudeness. Everythingin life goes in a circle theway you treat people willcome back to you. Youget what you give.

I recently had a fairly big order of pizzas and even though I was only at the store for a brief time, I was very impressed. The minute I got there they were very polite and considerate. Additionally, the two employees walked all of my prepaid pizzas outside and put them in my car for me. Thank you for being kind to me; it was very much appreciated :)

Was standing by the sub area waiting to be helped 5 people in kitchen just watching me. No one helped me then I went to the register an talked to the nice lady. The lady on register is the only reason there was 3 stars. If they all were like kitchen staff I would of rated 1 star. Very disappointed an won't be coming back
