I have chosen to quit my job with Moss BP Gas station in West Union for a number of reasons..1. I was working not only my scheduled shift but I was continuously covering another employees hours because she was always feeling Ill or having family issues.2. I began to experience a number of behavior issues with my own children and when I would asks my employees for help to cover a few hours for me so that I could tend to my kids, there was NOBODY willing to.3. I had found out that a co-worker had stolen money from the safe Loan drawer, I immediately went to the Manager Melinda to inform her about it, but the co-worker was never held accountable and Melinda did not do anything.There was a bonus given to all employees dated for the dates that I was still employed. I will not receive this bonus due to Melinda letting the owner know that I quit. I'm very upset that I put 110% into my job and this is what I get after I had gone to Melinda many times about the issues yet she did nothing.

Sandwiches are 3 hours old; pizza is kept out around 1 1/2 to 2 hours; and wraps made from old chicken.

Thanks BP for being one of the few petro stations in IOWA having premium gas, while everyone else is using corn to fuel their vehicles. Never been to a place where every fuel station only offered 85, advertising super unleaded as if we were still in the 80's. But this gas station was bright as always, open for business and provided service with no problems. Saved my engines's life.
