Today has been rough, I had to put my 15 year old dog to sleep today but I didn’t do it alone! The staff here is very friendly, understanding and supportive. The vet walked my family and I throughly everything from what they were doing to what will happen to when everything was over, this will happen. This new vet and staff is amazing thank you to everyone this morning who told my dog how handsome and good he was.

Nichole Waljasper is an amazing vet. She is now the Vet for my 4 mustangs that I purchased from the BLM, a year ago.Nichole even made sure that the medicine she was giving my horses was going to be safe and/or recommended for them.Nichole is a Veterinary Gift from God to our community.

Dr. Shannon is always helpful & even comes in on Sundays & holidays. He is always friendly no matter when he has to come to your animals rescue. I love going there!

Our usual clinic is Park View in Fort Madison, but this is the West Point office. Friendly helpful staff got us in and gave our puppies their shots. The doctor took a moment to make sure one was improving from his UTI.

i walked in knowing something wasn't right with my 5-6 month old kitten. she wasn't as playful as i had hoped with the toys i bought her. my mother and me went up to this vet clinic and we had shannon doc check JarJar out. I was thankful he found out what the problem was. She had ear mites. i'm thankful i took her to him and as far as i am aware of her ear mites are gone. she has been way more playful with all her toys.

Nicole is the greatest, she is a new vet at the clinic and she is wonderful, she is loving and caring not only to your pets but to the owners, as well.
