Terrible customer service, didn't send me bills then sent me to collections, didn't notify me of issues with my prescription. All they want to do is sell overpriced items you don't actually need. I would recommend going anywhere else.

We just had my husband's foot measured for compression stockings at the Westlake medical supply @ Iowa Clinic, West Des Moines IA. Paid $80+ and brought them home..."we" can not get them on him. I called them, and they said they would not exchange them or refund them because we tried them on.The JUZO video is very misleading. If you measure and go by the size on the back of the box.

I do not even want to put 1 star. I would suggest using a different medical supply store if you’re needing medical equipment. This place has cost me hundreds of dollars and their service is awful!!! They are in the business of money and that is it. They do not care about patients. Never again will I use this awful service and would strongly advise anyone thinking about going to this place!

I never know what I'm going to be charged. An N20 pillow through them is $65, I can buy it on amazon for $10. I don't trust that I am being billed correctly.

I was really nervous for my appointment after reading these other reviews. Dorci was amazing from the second I stepped in the door. She was informative and very thorough in her explanation of how to use my new equipment. She even went so far as to make a few phone calls when I had additional questions about my insurance coverage options. Overall I've been very impressed so far and will continue to use this place for all of my Cpap needs.

I called to order an F30 face mask cushion. They submitted to insurance and sent me (3). I only asked for 1. My Tyricare insurance denied the request. Their price submitted to insurance was 3 times the price I paid for one on Amazon ResMed brand name. I will be taking these back and asking them to never contact me again. I will not be paying for these!

I have dealt with business since 2012 when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. They have always been polite and helpful to me. My 9 year old CPAP machine died yesterday and the two ladies I spoke with helped me with registering my recalled respironic, contacting my pulmonary doctor make an appointment and liaisoning with the two to get a loaner CPAP until the pandemic shortages allow me to buy a new one. My husband is COVID positive and they were willing to do drive up in order to get this loaner to me same day. Now that was dedication in my mind. Well done ladies. 5/5.

Terrible customer service: they send you items you didn’t ask for, don’t send you items you did, refuse to help, refuse returns, refuse to acknowledge errors they are the absolute worst. This made me give one Star but they don’t even deserve that. STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

Worst customer service ever. Was waiting over 30 days for them to call me for a new cpap machine. Never did call. I called them once and the lady asked me why I needed a new machine in a rude tone. I told her it was because I'd had one for 5 years and my insurance company said I was due for a new one.I contacted them another time and they said they were to busy.So I went to DSM SLEEP and had a new machine within 24 hours of contacting them.

These people will charge you to death and will threaten you with more fees. They are greedy place. Their equipment is not good and gives allergic reaction. Don’t deal with this place. They are unkind, not trustworthy and just going for your money!

I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Staff (Dorcie) is so knowledgeable and kind and has returned my phone calls promptly. She cares and wants me to get the best result possible!
