My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of living at The West Glen TownCenter Apartments for the last three years, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we moved in, we felt right at home in this fantastic community.
**Location, Location, Location!**
One of the standout features of this apartment complex is its unbeatable location. We were just a stone's throw away from an array of shopping options and delicious restaurants. Whether we were in the mood for a cozy dinner out or a quick grocery run, everything we needed was conveniently nearby. It truly made our lives easier!
**Responsive Management**
The management team here is top-notch! They were always quick to address any issues that arose. For example, when our AC broke down during a hot summer day, they jumped into action and had it fixed in no time. It’s such a relief to know that you have a responsive management team looking out for you.
**Respectful Maintenance**
We also appreciated the maintenance team’s professionalism. Whether they were fixing something or just replacing filters, they always treated our space with respect and care. It’s comforting to know that your home is in good hands!
**Friendly Community**
The atmosphere in The West Glen TownCenter Apartments is wonderfully quiet, and our neighbors were always friendly. We loved getting to know them, and it was a joy to meet all the adorable pets in the community. There’s something special about living in a place where you can share smiles (and pets!) with your neighbors.
Overall, our experience at The West Glen TownCenter Apartments has been nothing short of delightful. If you’re looking for a welcoming community with an ideal location, excellent management, and friendly neighbors, look no further! We will cherish our memories here and will miss this wonderful place.

We’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, and the underground parking is a huge plus—something you don’t find often! The management team is responsive and always addresses maintenance requests promptly. One of my favorite things is the location—being so close to the shopping center and especially Target makes errands super convenient. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home.

I recently had the pleasure of living at West Glen West Des Moines Apartment, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. and the large patio door allowed for plenty of natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting.
The amenities are top-notch – from the cozy lounge areas and well-kept communal spaces. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the residents feel comfortable and cared for.
Location-wise, West Glen Town Center apartment is unbeatable. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it's just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops.
Lastly, the management team is exceptional TROY and CATRINA. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the well-being of their tenants. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly by Valentine and Louis, and they often went out of their way to ensure that all residents were happy.
In short, West Glen Town Center is not just a place to live – it's a place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community.

I recently moved to this apartment building to be close to my wife's college campus, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The place is perfect in every way. It's impeccably clean, located near shopping centers, and the heated underground garage is a must-have during the winter months.
The management and staff here are the best I've encountered in my nearly 20 years living in Des Moines. Their communication is excellent, and they're always very nice, informative, and respectful. They manage everything with a light-hearted attitude, making it a pleasure to interact with them.
The residents are carefully selected, creating a great community atmosphere. I truly believe you won't find a better place to call home. The price is also very reasonable for everything you get. I'll certainly miss this awesome place. Thank you so much for making our stay here so wonderful!
