My son has been attending KinderCare since he's been two months old and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We've made lifelong friendships here. The teachers are incredible. The facility is clean and well-maintained. You're kept up-to-date with the daily photos and notifications. The entire staff is friendly and whenever I have a question it's answered almost immediately. The curriculum is engaging and age appropriate.Side note - I noticed a couple of negative reviews. Yes, the director did ask for reviews but only because it's a new facility and there were none. By no means did they say they had to be positive reviews! No one was "bribed". You simply entered into a drawing for $50 off tuition for leaving any type of review.(I just think it's important to know the facts about that.)

My autistic daughter was going here for about 3 weeks and it seemed like a good fit for the first week and a half but as the days kept going on. It was clear they didn't want to deal with her and the severity of her autism, after reassuring us over and over that this was a good fit for her. My daughter's mother and me paid a lot for her to go here to ensure that she would be taken care of and in good hands. However, she was not and my daughter's mother ended up losing her income because of their inconsistently not only did they refuse to refund the day she was sent home early and the days they wouldn't let her attend it was a hassle to get back what they owed after they expelled her from the program. Not only that they flat out refused at first. The fact that they have to bribe the parents for positive Google reviews speaks volumes. I strongly do not recommend this place to anybody who loves their special needs children.

We have had wonderful experience at West Des Moines Kindercare! We love watching our daughter learn new things from school everyday. Teachers are kind, caring and supportive. My daughter really loves her teachers and that’s how we know they really take good care of her. They often communicate and update activities and photos through Kindercare app which is very user friendly. The facility is nice and clean.

We have been with kindercare for over a year now. There has been some struggles with staffing issues but those have slowed down with the new staff. I can tell the teachers really do care about each child when they have something fun to share each day. My daughter can be shy with new people however she likes her teachers and friends. We've experienced the infant and troddler rooms and can't wait to continue our learning journey!

Our boys were enrolled in kindercare last year and I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with their program and stuff. The dedication and the level of communication we receive is the best. I love the curriculum and how the staff flex to their children and what they need. I would highly recommend them for any family needing care.

We have been sending our two year old son to KinderCare, and have been loving each and every day of it. He loves it too, and has been having a great time there. Very professional staff and clean environment. A great place for him to develop his social skills.

I have two kids that attend WDM Kindercare and I could not be happier with the level of care my children receive. The staff are friendly and truly care about the kids they care for. My daughter loves going to school and has learned so much during her time at this center.I love that Kindercare changes their learning curriculum on a regular basis to keep the kids interested and engaged. I also love that they offer a variety of healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. The staff updates the app regularly with meals, naps, bathroom breaks, photos and videos.I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else in the area. I trust the staff at this center and know they are doing a great job. Thank you WDM Kindercare!

The 3rd year teacher did not want to deal with my autistic daughter after telling me they was able to take special needs children, but the moment that my daughter started actually having autistic tantrums, they couldn't handle it anymore. My daughter has been extremely violent since leaving this daycare and it's never been like this before. Something clearly happened in this daycare that has flipped a trigger in my daughter that needs to be addressed by professionals. She has never been this aggressive. I paid 325$ a week which adds up to more then my rent a month. Every day I was called to grab my daughter early even if she was just throwing a mild tantrums. And I ended up losing my job because of this. We even got her noise cancelling headphones and a weighted blanket, the teacher expelled her instead of doing steps to get her to calm, she was fine after she ate lunch and calmed down, and then was napping when I came to get her. It was clear they just didn't want to deal with a special needs child. When you Google autistic daycares this is the first that pops up. DO NOT BRING YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN HERE. I also need to point out that they are offering $50 off of their tuitions if you leave a positive Google review. That's where most of the positive comes from. If you need to bribe people for positive Google reviews then clearly there's an issue.

My oldest started at Kindercare in the West Des Moines location when he was around two. He has been able to build trusting relationships with staff, as well as other students. His teacher goes out of her way to engage with each student, she makes learning fun and you can tell she takes pride in her job. Kindercare also send pictures of the children during the day as well as update families on upcoming activities. I had no question where I wanted my second child to go. I was lucky they made space and he also has amazing teachers. As a parent, all I could ask is for someone to treat my children with love and respect as they do at Kindercare.

I had the pleasure of enrolling my child at Kindercare and I can't express enough how happy I am with the experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was evident that this center goes above and beyond in providing exceptional childcare.The staff are truly remarkable. They are not just caregivers; they are educators, mentors, and role models for our little one. They make an effort to understand each child's unique needs and provide a supportive and stimulating environment for their growth and development. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, ensuring that my child is always excited to learn and explore. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kindercare to any parent seeking high-quality childcare. My child's time at Kindercare has been a joyful and enriching experience, and I'm grateful for the positive impact they've had on our family's life.

Our daughter attends the infant room and we love the teachers. As first time parents they helped us feel welcomed and know our daughter is well cared for. They also always patiently answer our many questions!

Our kiddo loves it here, which is the most important thing to me as a parent, but the longer we've been taking here there the more we've grown to enjoy it too! The staff is awesome and super welcoming and we can tell they really care about the kiddos.
