WORST BANK EVER! My account has been hacked 4 times now over the years and twice recently. Two of these times being around Christmas time and I have had to wait to get my MY money back up to 6 months which meant no Christmas for my kids and I wasn't able to pay bills. My last time going into this location they questioned my pay roll checks that come from a very reputable insurance company and they questioned where I got my payroll checks and told me that they have never seen me before. I have banked with them since 1997. Once I provided proof that I have indeed been going through their drive thru for months and months now and they have my bank info and have had it for over 20 years now they still reported my payroll checks as fraud and even put a different account number and routing number when I signed up for direct deposit. My Human Resources Department caught this mistake but Wells Fargo never fixed it. WELLS FARGO needs to go

This place deserves 5 stars. Went in for some cash and asked for help with a transaction on my card I didn't recognize. I was taken care of in less then 10 minutes. My normal branch in Texas manager told me they didn't have time and I needed to do it on my own.

There is a 10$ fee on cashiers checks. i needed 1155$ for my rent, and only had 1162$ in my account at the time. Instead of telling me they couldn’t help me, they waived the fee, helping me out a ton. Have always had good experiences at this branch and this bank in general. Always put the customer first. Would recommend anyone to switch to wells fargo

Don't expect great customer service at this location. If you make an appointment for some type of banking due to COVID make sure you ask what all you need to bring with you. I found out the hard way that they won't return calls and they won't inform you in advance of anything they require to accomplish the task. Then your left with making another appointment- but it will be somewhere else for me.

Website and their front door say their drive thru was open at 9:00. Went there at 9:15 on a Monday and they had not yet opened. Do better Wells Fargo

Pulled into drive thru at 5:30pm. Lady was standing at the window saw me and shut the light off and left. I understand that was right at closing time, but thanks for the customer service. Oh yeah....Wellsfargo doesn’t care about their customers
