Meh. It's alright. Went in while having issues getting group texts and got blown off and told to use the Verizon Messages + app, which I was told earlier in the day was being discontinued this summer. She said that wasn't the case, but later looking online I confirmed it's going away in June. Not super impressed.

This Verizon location has one of the best customer service reps compared to other Verizons in the metro. Even though its the ine furthest away from my house, I prefer shopping here. They have Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Riley recently help us and was awesome as well. Wait is slightly long, but feels like queue moves faster than other mobile places. If it's is a longer wait, then you can take advantage of shopping in the mall in the meantime.

The fact that you cannot talk to an in-store employee of this phone company on the phone via direct number is a joke. It only has their corperate 800 number which is a nightmare.

went in there a few days ago to help my boyfriend get a new iPhone but the lady with glasses was very unprofessional and was very short with us telling us she couldn’t help us , she also made a comment saying “it looks like you wanna go home “ basically leading us out the door because she didn’t want to help. Later on that day we actually went to a Norwalk one and they helped us get him a new iPhone for less than an hour. This store needs more management or something will not be back ever

I went to Verizon a few weeks ago and somehow learned that they do nurse discounts! I signed up for the ID online but they also needed to see my pay stub or badge. Since I don’t have a badge I printed off my pay stub to bring with me as I was advised. I decided to go to the Verizon at Jordan creek mall so I could shop after and I brought my pay stub like I was told. I was met by this taller bigger set lady and told her my situation. She was very rude and short with me and said you have to do all of that online basically. I was very confused since the Verizon in Clive told me to bring it in. This lady was not helpful at all and comes off lazy since she wouldn’t help me at all. She didn’t even tell me what website to use. This was very frustrating. I immediately went back to the Verizon in Clive and they have amazing customer service! The guy took my pay stub no problem, took a pic of it, and was SUPER nice and helpful. I told him my experience and was apologetic but the Verizon in Jordan creek needs to be educated or at least this lady needs to be educated that you CAN bring a pay stub in to get the nurse discount.

UpdateGave up after several attempts to correct non-working personal hot spot at Verizon.Went to Apple Store instead and they immediately booked a service appt. Apple mentioned other customers report Verizon is unhelpful. Just go to Apple first if possible. Verizon doesn’t care about customers.Persistent difficulty getting hotspot to function. Ideally staff would be trained to acknowledge the issue and focus on the customer rather than shouting at other workers about sports and being rude & dismissive toward the customer needing assistance. Customers are an unwelcome intrusion here.

Don't use this store if you value your security and account confidentiality. I was in over the weekend and needed to add a line and get a phone. I am not the primary account holder, only an approved user. When they "checked" my ID, I have a completely different first and last name from the primary account holder, but they kept calling me by the primary's name. My ID clearly states differently. The staff member constantly called me by the wrong name even when I corrected him and he looked at my ID! It made me worry that anyone could have access to my account if they only had my phone number because they don't check IDs to verify if you are on the account. Plus he was too busy trying to sell me things that I didn't want to even realize that I was not the person he was constantly referring me as. This store doesn't check IDs properly and I question their security on your account. Anyone could have added a phone to my account or done whatever due to their lack of accountability is a scary thought. With all the scams and stolen identities happening, this store doesn't even do the simplest of tasks to confirm your identity. I will not use this store in the future.

Guy with tattoos helped me trade in my phone in the morning, was very fast and helpful. Came back to give them my iPhone XR as a trade in and Bobbi was rude and wasn’t explaining the trade in process and said it was going to be a 40 min wait even though he could have just told me to reset the phone and excepted it. Heidi was helpful though and and explained it to me while helping several other customers. Overall positive experience even tho the one associate was rude and not helpful.

Having phone reception issues, I hurried into Verizon just moments before closing time. There, Josh, the representative, offered care, resolving the issue with an empathetic and swift SIM swap. Despite not making a purchase, he treated us kindly, with exceptional customer service. Verizon should truly value dedicated individuals like Josh! When I expressed my gratitude, he humbly responded, “Glad to have you as a Verizon customer.” With over five years of experience as a store manager, I can confidently say that having someone like Josh at my store would have been a tremendous asset, given his outstanding customer service skills. If Verizon wants me, as a customer, to keep coming back for service and products, they need to hire more people like Josh. He didn't care what my issue was. He was willing to work towards a resolution whether we purchased something from him or not. Thanks, Josh!
