Rylee (specialist) was so knowledgeable and helpful with questions regarding our Verizon customer account. I would highly recommend him.

Meh. It's alright. Went in while having issues getting group texts and got blown off and told to use the Verizon Messages + app, which I was told earlier in the day was being discontinued this summer. She said that wasn't the case, but later looking online I confirmed it's going away in June. Not super impressed.
