Spencer made upgrading our Androids very easy. He listened to our needs and found the phones we wanted. Very knowledgeable!Though we live closer to Altoona we will keep going to this locale.

I got completely screwed by Zach at this location. If you port your number from out of market, they don’t tell you that your MFA text codes don’t work because US Cellular doesn’t actually have the number… another service does and your number is treated as VOIP and not cellular. This in turn caused number porting hell that resulted no less than 50 calls to support in 2 weeks. Also your trade in won’t be submitted correctly… a pristine iPhone 14 Pro traded in was never credited to my “trade in your phone get an iPhone on us” promotion. It was all to get a sale and it was sloppy at best. Avoid at all costs. Your sanity will thank you later since it looks like I’ll be going to arbitration with US Cellular soon.

I went in with a family member that is on my plan to get them a newer and better phone. Alex is SO awesome!! He made the whole process very easy and explained everything. He even advised about my current plan that is very old explained about a new plan that would lower monthly payment alot. He is very customer oriented and listens to questions and explains things so well. I set up a time with him to go and get myself a new phone.Thank you Alex for your honesty and great service.

US Cellular is by far the worst phone company. They don't take the time to listen to your concerns. The way they put their bill is super confusing and they won't sit with you to explain it. One of the rep (Brendon or Brandon) in this store is a condescending a-hole and will belittle customers and won't let them talk. He will talk over you when you are trying to explain something. When we first got our phones, he switched the Sims cards and assigned the wrong numbers to our phones luckily this is something customer service was in the mood to fix. Then he added insurance even after telling him multiple times we do not want it.Talking to customer service is a nightmare. They just always say to go in store if you have any concerns.

I was helped by Riley at this store, he was awesome. I needed help setting things up better for me. I had messed with it and was pretty lost in what to do. Riley was very helpful and polite and patient. I visited this store a couple of days ago. A young man named Alex helped me. He helped me with a lot of things I was so appreciative.

Jeramy was trying to charge me extra 80$ on my account I told him that’s not what I used Ella pay and he supposedly checked everything on my account I went to another location and my bill ended up being 212 with 3 phones but Jeramy at this location was trying to scam me out of 80 $ and had a attitude when I told him this wasn’t ok hopefully his manager talk to him about trying to steal from costumers this guy Dosent have any idea what he’s doing so idk why he’s working at this place nothing but attitude and disrespectful to his costumers I will be calling to talk to his manager also about this situation because he tried to take 80 dollars from me who els is he doing that too guys be very carful of this location

I recently upgrade 2 phones on my account. Our plans had to be updated too. The new plan doesn’t work for one of our sons and I went back in to find a solution. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Jon had no intentions to help me. He was argumentative and ended up yelling at me as I was leaving. So unprofessional.

They lied to us acting like the new data plans are something special and stated if we aren't we can easily switch back. That was a complete and total lie. The new plans are horrible and the plan we switched from was a "retired" plan supposedly. Us cellular obviously obviously offered good compensation to trick people into switching and good enough to lie to accomplish

I have always felt very well respected in this location, and have worked with very kind people each time. Riley especially has been very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about a wide array of problems, phones, and accessories. There is often a line especially on weekends, but it is more than worth the wait considering the hostility and lack of respect and the other local location in the Jordan Creek mall.

Alex was absolutely incredible! He truly cared about me and my needs to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I walked in for information, and ended up switching to US Cellular because of my positive interaction with Alex. It is more and more uncommon to find sincere customer service, and Alex went above and beyond!!
