I love this location!! The young guy that works here is super nice and always knows what he’s doing- can’t tell you how many times he’s saved me time and money- all while being courteous! I’ve gone to other locations expecting the same service and haven’t received it. This location is hands down above the rest!!!

I have visited several UPS and FedEx stores in all these years. But, hands-down, this is one of the best UPS stores that I have experienced in terms of Customer Service.I had been here few times earlier as well, for Package drop-off.This time, I was here for Document printing and Notary services. The staff here is very friendly and efficient.I was helped by Lester. This guy is very talented. Great attitude, nice personality, kind and helpful, multi-tasker and very efficient in getting things completed.Larry is another staff member who is exceptionally helpful and efficient. Nice personality and attitude.In between Lester and Larry, they ensure that the customers get their stuff done without having to wait for a long time, like we've seen in other stores.Top-notch Customer Service !

The employee that helped me was exceptionally kind and helpful. He was also efficient in his work, and I could tell that he cared about his effort as well as the people he was helping. This kind of service feels like it’s going out of style, but I would travel a far distance to be helped by people like this!

The staff was trying to be helpful but apparently their manager decided to just send my package back to UPS on Hull. Said was delivered at WDM but was sent back with no call or nothing. So why the heck did I pay to have that location to be my access point to have my very important insulin pump parts and materials just to have the manager say’ don’t want it here’ and then I have to waste another two hours of time there and back to get my stuff. That guy just needs to leave cuz he has done this to me before and can’t believe I paid for service to have it be my access point and he just said nope don’t want it… and it was even there full day so he can’t say I didn’t pick it up fast enough. Your staff if only reason you’re in business still.

Do not get a PO box here unless you enjoy the staff losing packages. Every package i have had delivered to this location they can never find. I am waiting to here from the manager, this has been going on for a year. Enough is enough.

The corporate headquarters must have decided to fire the rude employees! The gentleman who helped me this morning opened right at 8:00 AM. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He even professionally packed my clock at a reasonable rate! I had a terrible experience with FedEx loosing very important documents and never caring or finding them! So if this arrives, UPS is my new “Go-to” shipping company! Wonderful experience so far.

If you close at 6:30 (according to everything online), why is your store locked at 6:19? Make it make sense. Totally bummed because this UPS store always had the best employees out of all of them in the metro. Don’t think I’ll be back if I can’t count on them to even be open when they’re supposed to be.

Seriously, I can’t even rely on UPS to print three pages. I submitted an order the day before online and paid. Then I show up at the time provided and of course the dude is hesitant and confused as if he’s dealing with something completely foreign. I could tell he didn’t want to talk to me. After fumbling around he just said it’s not ready and it can’t be ready for another few hours. At this point trust is gone, what’s the point of doing anything if it doesn’t work. I was counting on them because it’s my resume that I need very soon. Don’t bother doing anything online they probably don’t pay attention to it and it will catch them off guard when you try to pick it up haha

I’ve been coming to this shop for years for printing and shipping services. I had one piece of paper that I needed printed larger. Basically stick it in the machine, magnify by 300% and it comes out on a bunch of papers that I would tape together. But the guy at the front count just cut me off with “oh well, I can’t do that. I don’t know how to do that” so I tried to explain, and he basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and there was different place up on Hickman that had a graphic designer. I don’t need a graphic designer. I just need something small, enlarged to something big. Wow. So I guess I just find somewhere else to go from now on, since the employees can’t actually provide the print services that are advertised.
